There's someone ...-ing:
Tzv. existenční vazba (there is, there are) vyjadřuje, že někde něco (někdo) je, existuje.
Koncovka -ing u slovesa popisuje, co někdo (něco) dělá.
Příklady:
There's a boy running. There are some people dancing. There is snow falling from the sky!
There is a girl. She is reading a book. = There is a girl reading a book.
